Our Story: A Dream Come True
The inspiration for Mari’s Bakery was born in a very special moment: with the arrival of my niece, I discovered a love for baking and the incredible power sweets have to bring families together during life’s most meaningful moments. I began my journey in the midst of the pandemic, in 2021, renting a small space where I worked with conventional products. However, I soon realized that my passion went far beyond industrial baking.
After a year and a half, I decided to change direction. I wanted to offer an artisanal pastry experience—free from refined sugar, using organic whole grain flours and alternatives for people with food intolerances. I began testing recipes that were gluten-free, sugar-free for people with diabetes, and vegan-friendly. Seeing the need for this kind of pastry in my city—and the lack of certified bakeries offering these products—I took the next big step: opening a brand-new space that is completely gluten-free and safe for all types of intolerances.
At Mari’s Bakery, our mission is to make sure no one has to miss out on a birthday cake or a special treat. We want every family—no matter their dietary restrictions—to be able to share sweet moments together.

At Mari’s Bakery, every detail matters. We prepare all our fillings, frostings, and sponge cakes in-house, ensuring an authentic, homemade flavor in every bite.
In addition to our custom cakes, we offer a full catering service for events, including inclusive breakfast, brunch, or afternoon snack buffets—perfect for companies and celebrations. We also design sweet tables for weddings and communions, featuring a selection of cookies, truffles, mini desserts, cake pops, and more to delight your guests. At our bakery, you’ll also find cake jars, our signature giant cookies, and sponge cakes—all made to share our passion for inclusive, artisanal, and delicious pastry that everyone can enjoy.
